Expérience fantastique: Louisa is an enthusiastic, warm and knowledgable trainer. We needed a trainer who would listen to our needs and concerns and adapt healthy, challenging and interesting routines that fit our abilities. We do not live in France full time and I can say when we return to our primary residence in the US our workouts with Louisa are sorely missed. One more reason to return to France as soon as possible.

Expérience fantastique: I have been attending Louisa's PT and group classes for over 3 years and I can't praise Louisa high enough. Her classes are well planned and structured and most importantly a lot of fun. Her exercises are carefully chosen and often tailored to my particular needs. I have total confidence and trust in her ability to just push you that little further whilst always paying attention to form and technique of each exercise. You can choose from a variety of different weekly classes, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Louisa - she is the best!
