Expérience fantastique: Magnificent hotel. Very nice and welcoming personnel. The spa is a must, it is easy to access, open till late in the night and doesn't need reservation. The spa is a nice environment where to relax, thanks to the possibility to access the swimming pool, two types of sauna and the hammam. The saunas are comfortable and big, so that they can be used by more people at the same time. The vicinity to the tram, which takes you to the center of Strasbourg in 10 Min is a great advantage. I strongly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing from the beginning till the end. The whole stuff is competent and friendly, kind of familiar I would say, and we were in absolutely good hands of Mademoiselle Flavie by check-in and check-out, where we got all important infos for the trip to Strasbourg city. She was perfectly nice. But same to say about the other stuff too. Even if not everyone were able to talk to you in English - but anyway, the cocktails and handmade drinks from bar tender Charles were pretty perfect too, nothing else to say. If that hotel will and can keep their stuff, they will be on the save side of positive recommondations. Of course needet to mention the clear rooms, the comfortable beds (and 2 pillows for each person!-great). Even dogs are allowed, which makes that hotel special nicely. All spa areas with the pool and the different sauna scenes with for example the tropical sauna which includes different light influences and jungle noises was a welcome new experience for sauna lovers like us. We will see us definitely again because not just Strasbourg has caught us deeply in the heart with that special mentality. Go on like that

Expérience fantastique: Sometimes I give a review based on the amenities, other times based on the staff. This review is a little bit of both. We just got back from a long weekend at the hotel. My wife really wanted someplace with a pool, and if possible a jacuzzi in the room. We never got a chance to try the pool. We did not see online that "loose fitting" swimsuits are not allowed. My wife had a suit with a skirt, and I have trunks. The accepted style of suit was available for rent, but honestly, I was not willing to pay 10 Euro to rent a suit. Other than that the hotel met every expectation. There were some mechanical problems with the jacuzzi in our room, and thank goodness another room with jacuzzi was available. We switched rooms and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed the modern furnishings. The hotel is a 10 - 15 minute tram ride from the center of town; and only a short walk to the tram stop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Expérience fantastique: Everything is perfect there, the spa is for a hotel really nice, rooms are basic, but very modern and clean with very comfortable beds, staff is really friendly. It's not a 5 stars high end hotel, but probably the best value you can get in the whole area. It was my second time and I will definitely come back!

Expérience fantastique: Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, quiet. I keep coming back because I sleep very well here. Now I've returned after two years of pandemic, and the hotel still has excellent beds, welcoming and friendly staff. It's been a fine start to 2023 and always nice to get upgraded when possible .

Expérience fantastique: Nice and very well kept hotel. Rooms were tasteful, the double bed was huge. Inside the room you can find a kettle and a small fridge which comes in handy. There is also a tram stop that leads to the center and is around 6 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from a machine at the stop. We used the hotel private parking on the ground floor which is free and also managed to park on the street when there wasn't available. We cannot comment on the food, the bar or the spa facilities since we didn't use. Recommended hotel.

Expérience fantastique: My time here was great. The prices are reasonable and I loved the amenities. The sauna and pool were wonderful after a long drive. Everything was clean, the people were helpful and knew the area well. The hotel was super close to a bus station for easy access to downtown. The breakfast was to die for. I loved my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

Expérience fantastique: Spacious room, very quiet, comfy bed, working but quiet AC, couldn't hear neighbors or street noise, well designed room, enough toiletries & towels. Staff was helpful but their English was almost zero. Breakfast was ok: scrambled eggs, meat, cheese cuts, cereal, milk (including soya & almond), coffee, juice, jams, nutella, breads, different kinds of desserts. At night there's also a restaurant / bar at the hotel. Wifi worked but was slow & disconnected often. You can buy swimwear, slippers, rent a bathrobe for the spa / pool. Very close to the A/D tram line going to the center, you can install an app on your phone while on wifi at the hotel & buy your ticket there. Parking was very inconvenient: along the street there's very few spots & there's no space to park in front of the hotel to get your stuff in, very, very inconvenient. There is parking by the hotel that you can enter with a room key card but there's very few spots. Other than parking the hotel was quite enjoyable, I can recommend it.

Expérience fantastique: We slept at the Hotel Athena for 2 nights and we had a good time there! The staff is very kind and the spa and saunas are amazing! We tried also the restaurant and the dinner was affordable but still tasty. You can go to the city center by tram in 10 minutes, the tram stop is 5 minutes walking distance. The room was bright and clean. My only suggestion is to add some weights in the fitness room! Highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: Our stay was short but enough to tell it’s a 5 star worth! Parking was available outside for free but inside cost €9,-, for us we rather park safe inside and totally not expensive. When we checked-in the lady was very kind and helpful, and the pool was good aswell. All the staff tries to help you if needed, we definitely recommend this hotel for everyone!

The best breakfast ever, a very nice room, clean and nothing missing inside, very nice wellness/sauna options and a great pool to swim and play for for our children....maybe a litte cold, could be a few degrees warmer. The tram is very close and only 10 min with the tram to the city. Over all a very great place to stay for a visit in Strasbourg.

Expérience positive: Bon accueil Belles prestations hôtelières. Très bon restaurant Mais prévoir Beaucoup de temps, minimum 40 minutes entre chaque plats alors que la salle n'est qu'à moitié de capacité. Aucune mise en bouche ou même une corbeille de pain pour patienter. C'est dommage car la qualité est très bonne dans les assiettes.

Expérience fantastique: Ne cherchez pas un hôtel,c'est celui qu'il vous faut . Personnel très compétent et très professionnel de l'agent d'entretien au serveur en passant par l'accueil . Chambre nickel le lit impec .Un petit bémol mais qui dois être d'ordre technique ,c'est la piscine ou il faut attendre que les remous soient finis pour avoir droit au massage ,l'eau bien chaude alors que ma femme est frileuse en plus pour son anniversaire en arrivant dans la chambre une petite corbeille de fruits pour elle . Expérience fantastique: Espace détente/Spa complet, petit déjeuner excellent ! ???? La chambre est coquette et très propre, la douche est très grande et les toilettes indépendant. L'accueil est simple, souriant et le personnel est toujours disponible si vous avez besoin d'eux. L'accès au tram est à 2 minutes à pieds, cela permet de laisser sa voiture et partir à la conquête de Strasbourg. Pour vous y rendre depuis la gare, le tram convient si vous avez peu de bagages seulement.

Expérience fantastique: Chambre calme et très propre, literie parfaite. Très bon moment de détente passé à la piscine avec ma compagne. L’eau est chaude, et l’endroit était très calme. De plus, la réception est très efficace et toujours accueillante et souriante ! Les seuls petits bémols seraient le prix du petit déjeuner (16€) malgré qu’il soit copieux ; ainsi que le fait que la dame de chambre ait changé les serviettes sans utilité et la savonnette après une utilisation et donc loin d’être terminée (elle pouvait largement nous tenir la durée du séjour). En conclusion, merci aux personnels de cet hôtel pour leur professionnalisme, qui nous a permis un véritable moment de relâchement ????

Expérience fantastique: The accommodation and the wellness area were great, the people were very nice and the price for the stay was reasonable.

Expérience fantastique: Everything's fine: the room, the spa, the breakfast. The hotel is also really close to the bus station. But if you like to eat a lot like me, avoid the restaurant. Like almost all French restaurant, the food is very pretentious and cool to show off on Instagram, but not enough to fill your stomach. And expensive.

Expérience fantastique: Great hotel on the outskirts of the city. I only stayed as a rest stop on my way back to the UK, but would definitely stay again if visiting Strasbourg. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable too, one if the best nights sleep I had during my two weeks away. Restaurant quality was excellent with very very professional staff and delicious food beautifully presented. On top of this there is a small indoor pool. Tram ran close by, so I assume easy access to the city too although we didn't use this.
