Expérience négative: Its a shame that the service staff steals clothes… So for future guests, please check your belongings before leaving.

Expérience positive: The good: Room was quiet Housekeeping was good There’s lounging space on the ground level The not so good: Expensive for what you get The front desk service was severely disappointing - one person never greeted us with a smile or a single bonjour in the mornings or when we entered the hotel (an automated front desk would have been better than that person honestly) It was weird that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower/sink so you had to cross the entire bedroom to another room to wash your hands after using the toilet. The temperature control panel never worked either for heat or cold. Given it is the winter, this wasn’t a big deal for us but I can’t imagine staying in this room during summer heat.

Expérience positive: Hotellet ligger mycket bra men rummen är ordentligt slitna och mycket lyhörda. Vi vaknade flera gånger av folk i korridoren och ljud från grannarna, trots att de inte var högljudda. Trycket i duschen är lågt och vattentemperaturen går från skållhett till iskallt av och från när man duschar. Frukosten som kostar extra är inget att rekommendera heller. Det finns massor av bra Boulangerie i närheten som erbjuder bättre frukost till halva priset. Summerat är hotellet överprisat sett till vad man får, utöver läget, det är riktigt bra. Personalen har också varit trevliga :)

Expérience positive: Staff was nice and good but didn’t find the room, sheets, or towels to be very nice. I think the high price is due to the location which is convenient if you want to go to the seine / sights nearby but quite touristy and crowded otherwise

Expérience fantastique: Hôtel super! Vraiment meilleure choix. Je l'ai pris au dernier moment, voyageant seule, je me suis sentie en sécurité, dans un quartier super sympa, vivant, proche de toutes les commodités (un tout petit peu bruyant au vu de l'emplacement mais ça ne m'apas dérangé). Confort, personnel serviable, au top!!! Je reviendrai sûrement!

Expérience positive: The downsides: The toilet were a bit smelly from the day we arrived and the sheets are not so soft as in other hotels I have visited. I think it could be a bit more generous if the hotel provides a bottle of water every day of the stay (except for the minibar purchased items). The upsides: The location is great and the team members are really friendly. Generally, we enjoyed our stay and will probably come back.

Expérience fantastique: What a wonderful Hotel!! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left the staff was absolutely wonderful!!! It was my first time in Paris, was traveling alone, I was staying overnight on my way to Madrid and Venice. I was given a map of the area and helped extensively with how to navigate the Metro system. I am a widow and am 74 years old. I felt safe, well taken cared of. The lovely gentleman behind the desk arranged my Louvre tickets for me, showed me how to get there from the hotel. The next day he showed me how to get to Notre Dame and how to get to the Orly airport. They kindly let me store my luggage until I got back. Such a good experience! I can’t thank the wonderful staff enough for all they did for me.

Expérience positive: Easy location — we have stayed here before with and without kids. Small rooms — I didn’t remember this but you can walk everywhere from here, train is right outside. I would skip the breakfast because there are easy local options you can find nearby. Overall good price, convenient location and Nuxe products.

Expérience fantastique: We stayed here for 10 nights during the Paris Olympics. Rates were high, but that was par for the course. Staff was very helpful and friendly. GREAT location - literally a few steps from the Hotel de Ville metro stop, and LOTS of restaurants, cafes and shops in every direction you walk. Definitely recommend.

And the lady who was the last day was very kind and she saved our train tickets giving us presice instrucions on how to get to the station on time by subway on a very heavy traffic day. We are deeply gratefull for that.

Al servizio ho dato 4 perché pur essendo tutti molto gentili, sul sito dicevano di avere personale che parlava italiano ed, invece, quando ci sono stata io, non ho trovato nessuno che lo parlasse. La posizione è bellissima, centrale, sicura e funzionale. Proprio all'uscita dell'hotel c'è la fermata della metro 1. Poi di fronte c'è un bazar bellissimo e poi è una strada piena di locali. Insomma lo consiglio!

I had an issue with my iPhone while in Paris for just one day, which was stressful - the staff at the front desk were all so kind, helpful, and lovely (and spoke excellent english). Accommodations are cosy yes. The great team and comfort more than make up for any amenities of larger hotels. I have rarely experienced a genuine kindness and going out of the way by a hotel team, from initial greeting, assistance with shipping items, keeping luggage, guidance for the neighborhood; amazing and excellent. Thank you for another great stay to each and every staff member, including housekeeping, and especially the front desk, management team.

The rooms are modern and well designed but a bit small. Take your ear plugs as the neighbours’ doors bang. The 24-hour reception is useful if you’re out late.

Expérience négative: The stuff is nice but that all. Don't expect nothing more then bonjour.They claim they are 4 star hotel but it more like 2 star. First of all there's is no cleaning in the place. Everything is full of dust. We give the cleaning lady 10 euro to fix the room more nicely but when we got back we noticed that she didn't even replace our towels. The carpets in the room are discussing full of stains. They don't have any plants in the vases outside the balcony!! Yes no plants just empty vases. Sorry in Paris a nice big plant cost 10-20 euro. They don't give you value for your money. 400 euro a night and No no guest relationship what so ever! So disappointed of them. They have in the lobby area on the windows, plastic orchids full of dust!!! It's there sense they open the doors. On the desk no fresh flowers god forbids. The elevator is full of dust they never never clean the place or put a fresh paint on it. The wood frame was broken when we arrived. Next time i recommend not to booked this overprice hotel. Only the location of the hotel is good. and that the only good thing i can think about. Also when we needed to do checkout we ask for a taxi. But the Madame at the desk was rude to us. the only thing we ask of them. And they do it poorly. She claim its fashion week and the taxi maybe won't come . Do your job and call another company to try to book a slot. But she did the bare minimum.i want to see her reaction if someone like that were to happen to her! Also the tub floor was so sticky with black stain all over the floor no one clean it with soap ever. you give bad experience to your clients basically your hospitality is very poorly. You're a pricey hotel that is very stingy with his clients. The towels were on the floor. The tub was sticky and unfit to use. The plastic orchid are a symbol of your stingy hospitality. VERY BAD HOTEL. DON'T BOOK DUO HOTEL. PERIOD.

Expérience fantastique: This is update to last year. Women have been running this hotel for 4 generations. Still a great find boutique hotel. They are sustainable and really go it of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The team speaks multiple languages and are very knowledgeable about their city. Metro is only a few meters away and the area is close and walkable to several attractions. Great hotel. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Room was wonderful. So easy to get to on The Metro. Would absolutely stay there again.

Every one of the staff members was incredibly warm and welcoming, they showed exceptional care and kindness during my nine night stay in their chic boutique hotel in the heart of one of the city's most charming and bustling districts. The location was superb, just a block from Hotel de Ville and about an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower along the Seine River. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better home base for my trip, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

The honor bar and their key storage system are super convenient and made for a wonderful, worry free stay. They even offered to let me keep an umbrella when it was raining at check out time!

Expérience négative: Extremely bad experience (As a NON-smoker) They arrange a smoking area in the middle of the hotel. It suppose to be a good idea. BUT, the smoking area is WITHOUT roof. The smoke goes up and we can smell them even we closed the window. The lift is out of order, which did not inform us when we book. And they arrange a room on 1st floor (Just above G/F) They have weird arrangement, we need to put the room key to the reception when we go out. Which is a very bad arrangement especially they do not have enough man power. Sometimes only ONE staff working with more than 3 group of people, we need to wait for them just because this stupid policy. One night around 2030, we came back to the hotel. They locked the front door and we need to ring the bell and wait for the staff to open the door. (Champions League at that time) Apart from the stupid design and policy The towels had some bad smell, luckily we bring our own Conclusion: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Expérience fantastique: We had an excellent stay at Hotel Duo, as a gay American couple we felt extremely welcomed. This hotel has a true passion for inclusion and creates a very welcoming environment for all. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and speak very good English for those that may be concerned. Rooms are exactly as they appear in the hotel photos - very modern Hotel. Lots of shops both luxury and local within walking distance with a very large selections of cuisines when it comes to selecting restaurants. Also centrally located and within walking distance to all the major Paris attractions. We will definitely be staying again and telling our friends.

Un personnel très sympathique, un petit-déjeuner de qualité, un honest bar mis en place (nouveau concept super) et une chambre fonctionnelle agrémentée de produits Nuxe (bon point). Petit bémol, par rapport à la clarté du jour présente très rapidement au levé du jour dans la chambre (et litterie un peu dur pour certains dos). Je tiens également à remercier la personne en charge du petit-déjeuner (week-end du 11 juin), pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, qui fait très plaisir de bon matin

Expérience fantastique: It was my first time to Paris. The staff was amazing. I did try to speak French but most everyone spoke English just fine. They were so friendly and welcoming which added to a wonderful stay. An added bonus was being near so many incredible restaurants, bars, shops/shopping/sites. I walked over to Notre Dame for the Toot Bus that took me EVERYWHERE and back. The outside of the hotel is extremely modest (for Paris!) but once inside you feel the elevated chic boutique vibe. I actually enjoyed hanging out in the lobby which was so much larger than what is in the photos. My room was spacious and more than adequate for my needs during my short stay. The only complaint I would have is that the headboard was torn up and there were other areas of wear-and-tear. Otherwise everything else was wonderful. I faced in the inner court so it was dead silent at night. The bed and sheets were wonderful. The bed was soft and comfortable. The hot water was HOT (no worries about hot water!!!) good water pressure to the shower. Plenty of clean towels. Housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and kind. There is a really great towel heating rack in the bathroom (now I want one for my home!). Elevator worked fine. It was a comfortable stay and the staff made it even better. I wanted to hug them when I left they were just wonderful.

Par contre un peu désorganisés, reattribution des chambres en dernière minute, rush au pdj. Belle salle de fitness, de nombreuses machines. Mais plus de lingettes nettoyantes pour essuyer avant, comme après, leurs utilisations. Et un grand + pour leur masseuse Lina, au top !

Expérience négative: J'ai séjourné une nuit dans le cadre d'un déplacement pro. Chambre minuscule et mal insonorisée (je me suis endormi et réveillé avec la télé du voisin...). La télé est très limite et en hauteur. On paye clairement le (bon) emplacement.

Expérience positive: I booked this hotel as I wanted to be in the heart of the Marais. From a location point of view it was excellent, however the rooms were a little disappointing. I am realistic about what to expect in Paris but my room was dark and out dated. There were no convenient sockets for charging my phone or plugging in a laptop. The bathroom fittings fell apart when used. The lift was out of order throughout my stay. There were porters to take your luggage to & from to rooms but they lingered obviously expecting a tip, which made me feel uncomfortable. I have no problem tipping when I choose to use porter services, but don't think I should feel obliged when I have no choice.
